Questions agents ask
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime in Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for, then it stops. We don't give refunds or credits for a partial month. If you were billed in error, email hello@wonderstand.ai.
Do I get my own number?
Yes. Every plan includes your own Wonderstand texting number. Buyers text it like any other number, over iMessage or SMS.
What do I need to sign up?
A US mobile number. Wonderstand is offered for use in the United States.
Will the price change?
We'll give you advance notice before any price change.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe Checkout. We don't store your card number.
