Who we are

Wonderstand is operated by FirstDistro Inc., a Delaware corporation. Wonderstand is the product name.

These terms are not legal advice. By creating an account or using Wonderstand, you agree to them.

The service

Wonderstand is a texting assistant for US real estate agents, teams, and brokerages. It replies to new buyer leads by iMessage or SMS, follows up, books showings, and hands the lead to the agent. Price, offers, wire, and legal questions always go to the agent. The plan is $199 per month.

The service is offered for use in the United States. Signup requires a US mobile number.

Your responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You have the buyer's consent before Wonderstand texts them, and you follow the TCPA, CTIA messaging rules, and your carrier's rules.
  • You follow the real estate rules that apply to you, including fair housing rules, and you keep your license in good standing.
  • The listings, prices, and instructions you give Wonderstand are accurate.
  • You supervise the assistant. You review what needs you, and you can take over a lead.
  • If you use Wonderstand for a team or brokerage, you are responsible for that use.

What Wonderstand does not do

Wonderstand does not give price opinions, offer advice, wire instructions, or legal advice. Those questions go to you. Wonderstand is not a broker and is not a party to a transaction. It does not promise leads, appointments, or closings.

The assistant can be wrong

The assistant writes replies with AI models. It can misstate a fact, miss a question, or write something you would not send. You are responsible for what goes to a buyer on your behalf, and for checking anything the product asks you to approve.

Price and billing

The plan is $199 per month, a monthly subscription billed in advance by Stripe. The product has no trial. Start plan opens Stripe Checkout. We do not store your card number. A failed payment leaves the account open while Stripe retries. Access ends when the paid period is over, or when Stripe marks the subscription unpaid.

You can cancel anytime in Settings. The plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, then it stops. We do not give refunds or credits for a partial month. If you were billed in error, or a significant outage kept you from using Wonderstand, email hello@wonderstand.ai and we will make it right at our discretion. We will give you advance notice before a price change.

Acceptable use

You will not:

  • Text people who did not consent, or use Wonderstand for spam.
  • Use it for fraud, unlawful content, or to break fair housing rules.
  • Try to break, probe, or resell the service except as these terms allow.
  • Share login codes or let someone else use your account.

Your content and ours

You keep the listings and other content you submit. You give FirstDistro Inc., a Delaware corporation, permission to host and use that content to run Wonderstand for you. We own the Wonderstand software, the site, and the name. You may not copy the product or use the name in a way that suggests a partnership we did not agree to.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not promise that a message will arrive.

Indemnity

You will cover FirstDistro Inc., a Delaware corporation, against claims that come from texting without consent, from a TCPA violation, or from your listings, your instructions, or your failure to follow real estate rules. If a claim comes in, we will notify you promptly. You control the defense, and we will cooperate.

Ending the service

You can cancel anytime in Settings. The plan stays active until the end of the paid month, then it stops. We can suspend or close the account if you break these terms, if we must for security, or if the law requires it. After the account ends, we stop texting for it, except that we keep opt-out records so we do not text a number that asked us to stop.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the date at the top. We will email account owners about material changes before they take effect. If you keep using Wonderstand after a change takes effect, you are agreeing to it.
